Who We Are
McLaughlin & Co was founded in November 2013 and expanded to provide a full service to provide advice and representation on all aspects on civil and criminal litigation. The firm expanded its presence and office space throughout Fife. In April 2025 the firm made the decision to deal exclusively with its core service of adults with incapacity and guardianship matters. In doing so the firm recognises the unique requirements of families seeking guardianship and has now built its business around exclusively serving those needs.
